Customer service was very pleasant and provided me with the rebate and tires are good. My only complaint was that I was told it would be one hour for everything to be done, but I was there over 2 hours.

the vehicle has been repaired after two attempts. The scheduling system needs to be looked at. I was there for service twice and each time received an email saying my appointment was cancelled because apparently there was no notation in the system I was there. Many Thanks, Peg Wagner

Everything was great! Evaluation and repairs only took two days. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and it was ready Friday. They even had to order a part. I could not even get an appointment at two other Chevy dealerships in Norwood and Quincy. Do not waste your time with those other locations, come here, you will not be disappointed! Customer service was friendly and fast. I will definitely be returning.
