Great attention to detail, got us what we needed, flexible on when I could pay the down payment and pick up the new ride

I was having an issue with the transmission on my 2019 Silverado LTZ. After having the tech at Copeland diagnose the issue, it was determined that the vehicle needed a transmission replaced. It took some time to get one but after the great work of my service advisor, Derek Damon, I was finally able to get my truck back yesterday and fingers crossed, it is running great. I have been a Copeland Chevrolet and Copeland Toyota customer for many years and have brought many people there to purchase and service their vehicles and will continue to do that.

But thanks to Don Bailey everything went smoothly and I was kept informed all along the way, very polite and courteous. Dealerships need more service rep’s like Don!!! Service manager (Derek) provided detailed information on this service provided by Copeland along with follow-up technical information on an on-going recall for my vehicle (transmission problem). Service was provided on-time, very professional staff at Copeland!
