    Derek Damon was the best. He handled my issue with my 2020 Impala so well. Tuesday 2/28, I came in for a diagnostic check concerning my blower motor that kept going on and off. Derek was able to order a new blower motor for me. The only location that had the part was in NY. The next day on Wednesday 2/29 the part was already shipped to Copeland. I was able to bring my car in at 7 AM to have it installed and was out my 8:30 AM. This was amazing the way that Derek Damon went above and beyond for me. He is a *****. 😁👍

    Sales rep was knowledgeable and professional. He was excellent. I was disappointed during the negotiations and the financing. It felt like elements we had agreed to during negotiations were not captured in the agreements presented for execution. EX: we had agreed to include a cover for the cargo bed in the price and it was added back to the price of the vehicle and we had to adjust the value of the trade in allowance that we had agreed to in the documetns signing process. Both required correction prior to execution. It wasn't a lot of money but it left a sour taste in my mouth as I felt like the financing manager was trying to increase the total value of the vehicle/loan. I also felt like the rate provided was higher than I could have received if I had financed the vehicle privately. Again...I really liked the rep.

    I have no complaints of the service relative to the expedience and quality of the work, or the personnel that I interfaced with. Lisa Turenne, the associate I had direct contact with was very good. She did everything an employer wants from an employee. All were efficient cordial and competent. I do have grave concerns about the cost that will certainly effect how I address future maintenance by Copeland Chevrolet. My 2019 Blazer required a torque converter which the total bill was $3,271.31 which in my estimation is outrageous given the total parts were approximately $600 and the labor was more than 3 1/2 times the cost of the parts, minus the $179 diagnostic charge which i understand is necessary but again seems excessive for the amount of time involved. On top of this it appears that the misc charge of $27.95 was double billed, once on Inv CVCS140079 & INV CVCS139680. As a former businessman, I understand cost, labor, overhead and profit. I also understand customer satisfaction. Therefore, addressing a known specific problem as the transmission and or torque converter issue on Chevrolet vehicles, even though the car is technically out of warranty, I would think some adjustment would be beneficial in the interest of customer loyalty and satisfaction. I respectfully request that you give this suggestion serious consideration. Respectfully, Lou Zadra
