WASH YOUR HANDS FREQUENTLY & EXERCISE ENHANCED HYGIENE
Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing; going to the bathroom; before eating or preparing food; and before and after every customer interaction. If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol, covering all surfaces of your hands and rubbing them together until they feel dry. If you cough, sneeze, or touch any part of your face, especially while interacting with a customer, excuse yourself and immediately wash your hands.
COVER YOUR COUGHS & SNEEZES
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze. Throw used tissues in a lined trash can. Immediately wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or, if soap and water are not available, clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
WE ARE CLEANING ALL “HIGH-TOUCH” SURFACES AT A MINIMUM 3 TIMES DAILY
High-touch surfaces, such as desks, should be wiped down morning, mid-day, and evening with the cleaning materials that have been provided to you.
These surfaces are also being wiped down after each individual customer interaction.
High touch surfaces include desks, counters, tabletops, doorknobs, chairs, armrests, bathroom fixtures, toilets, phones, keyboards, tablets, and bedside tables. Use a household cleaning spray or wipe, according to the label instructions. Labels contain instructions for safe and effective use of the cleaning product including precautions you should take when applying the product, such as wearing gloves and making sure you have good ventilation during use of the product.
NIGHTLY DEEP CLEANING
We have been in contact with each of our professional cleaning services who, along with regular maintenance, are performing frequent deep cleans, paying special attention to high-traffic areas, and adhering to all OSHA regulations and standards to ensure our employees work in a safe and healthful environment.
NO HANDSHAKE POLICY
Copeland Automotive Group has implemented a “no handshake” policy, and a sign will be placed at reception alerting customers and other visitors.
With increasing concerns surrounding Coronavirus, the health and safety of our dealership, employees, and customers is our highest priority. We will continue to monitor the alerts and guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and World Health Organization and will alert employees of any changes affecting the dealership.
